DIGITAL RECORDING <br />CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, July 11, 2018 <br />A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council <br />Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6th Street, Bremerton, <br />Washington, Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at 5:00 PM, with Council Vice -President Richard Huddy <br />presiding. Council Members present were Michael Goodnow, Tony Hillman, Kevin Gorman, <br />Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Council President Eric Younger was absent. Lori Smith, <br />Legislative Assistant, was present to provide staff support. <br />Vice -President Huddv emphasized that the Study Session is open to the public, but there will <br />be no opportunities for input or participation; no action is anticipated except when deemed <br />appropriate; and the content of these items is subject to change. If approved by the Council, <br />items will be placed on the July 18, 2018 City Council Meeting Agenda <br />A.
