City Council Orientation — Presentations to include an Overview of the Branches of <br />Government; Nuts & Bolts of City Government; Council Committee Process; Public <br />Records Requests; and Open Public Meetings Act Information only <br />C. GENERAL COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />o Public Works Committee Briefing (9/16/18 Meeting) — Council President Eric Younger <br />o Public Safety & Parks Committee Briefing (1/17/18 Meeting) — Chair Leslie Daugs <br />o General Council Business was briefly discussed. <br />D.
