Purchase of Playground Equipment from Landscape Structures, Inc. for the Manette Park <br />Renovation Project <br /> <br />6. Eastside Wastewater Treatment Plant Outfall Lease Agreement with WA State Department <br />of Natural Resources <br /> <br />7. Purchase of a replacement Ford Police Interceptor from Columbia Ford of Longview, WA; <br />and authorize Budget Amendment to ERR Fund 510 <br /> <br />8.
