DIGITAL RECORDING <br />CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, June 13, 2018 <br />A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council <br />Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6 1 Street, Bremerton, Washington, <br />Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Eric Younger presiding. Council <br />Members present were Richard Huddy, Michael Goodnow, Tony Hillman, Kevin Gorman, Leslie <br />Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Christine Grenier, Council Assistant, was present to provide staff support. <br />President Younger emphasized that the Study Session is open to the public, but there will be no <br />opportunities for input or participation; no action is anticipated except when deemed appropriate; <br />and the content of these items is subject to change. If approved by the Council, items will be <br />placed on the June 20, 2018 City Council Meeting Agenda <br />A. Confirm Appointment of Jim Burchett to Police Chief; and set the salary at Band 26, Rate 6 <br />on the Proposed Management & Professional Salary Plan Item Pulled <br />11. Public Works Agreement with Better Boats, Inc. (dba Lee Shore Boats) to Repower the <br />existing Argus Fire Boat Consent Agenda <br />12.
