DIGITAL RECORDING <br />CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, February 28, 2018 <br />A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council <br />Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6th Street, Bremerton, Washington, <br />Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at 5:00 PM, with Council Vice -President Richard Huddy presiding. <br />Council Members present were Michael Goodnow, Tony Hillman, Kevin Gorman, Leslie Daugs, and <br />Pat Sullivan. Council President Eric Younger was absent. Christine Grenier, Council Assistant, was <br />present to provide staff support. <br />Vice -President Huddy emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would <br />be no opportunities for input or participation except when deemed appropriate; and announced that <br />approved items by Council will be placed on the March 7, 2018 Council Meeting Agenda or as <br />indicated. <br />A.
