DIGITAL RECORDING <br />CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />Wednesday, February 14, 2018 <br />A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council <br />Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6th Street, Bremerton, Washington, <br />Wednesday, February 14, 2018, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Erie Younger presiding. Council <br />Members present were Richard Huddy, Michael Goodnow, Tony Hillman, Kevin Gorman, and Pat <br />Sullivan. Council Member Leslie Daugs was absent. Christine Grenier, Council Assistant, was present <br />to provide staff support. <br />President Younger emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would be no <br />opportunities for input or participation except when deemed appropriate; and announced that <br />approved items by Council will be placed on the February 21, 2018 Council Meeting Agenda or as <br />indicated. <br />A.
