Council Members present were Richard Huddy, Dino Davis, Greg Wheeler, Jerry <br /> McDonald, Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Christine Grenier, Council Assistant, was present to <br /> provide staff support. <br /> President Younqer emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would be <br /> no opportunities for input or participation; and announced that approved items by Council will be <br /> placed on the March 2, 2016 Council Meeting Agenda; or as indicated. <br /> A. NO PRESENTATION PLANNED— The fol/owing items are budgeted items or subjects that <br /> have been raised with the appropriate Council Committee Members... <br /> 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit a formal Grant Funding Assistance Application <br /> to the Salmon Recovery Funding Board for Evergreen Rotary Park Nearshore Restoration <br /> Design Consent Agenda <br /> 2. Sole Source Purchase of a 2009 John Deere 135-D Tracked Excavator from United <br /> Rentals of Bremerton, WA Consent Agenda <br /> 3. Contract Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with KPG for Sidewalk Improvements funded <br /> from the Department of Commerce Grant received for the Burwell Pedestrian Tunnel <br /> Consent Agenda <br /> B. INORMATION BRIEFINGS <br /> 4. Follow-up on the Warren Avenue Bridge Pedestrian Improvements Project Community <br /> Meeting held February 4, 2016—Chal Martin, Public Works & Utilities Director <br /> 5. Operation L.I.F.T.
