Councit Members present were Richard Huddy, Greg Wheeler and Pat Sullivan. <br /> Council Members Leslie Daugs, Jerry McDonald, and Dino Davis were absent due to their <br /> attendance at the Association of Washington Cities (AWC) City Action Days Conference in <br /> Olympia. Christine Grenier, Council Assistant, was present to provide staff support. <br /> President Younper emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would <br /> be no opportunities for input or participation; and announced that approved items by Council will <br /> be placed on the February 3, 2016 Council Meeting Agenda; or as indicated. <br /> A. Ordinance amending Section 2.62.040 of the Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC) entitled <br /> "Judges Pro Tempore, Court Commissioners— Municipal Court Hearing Examiner" <br /> Consent Agenda <br /> 4.
