������r��'� <br /> DIGITAL RECORDING �PRO��D <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUL � ��� <br /> Wednesday, June 17, 2015 <br /> The weekly meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order Wednesday, <br /> June 17, 2015, at 5:00 PM in Council Conference Room 603 Of th@ NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT <br /> CENTER, 345 6�h Street, Bremerton, Washington, with Council President Greg Wheeler presiding. <br /> Council Members present were Eric Younger, Roy Runyon, Dino Davis, Jerry McDonald, and Leslie <br /> Daugs. Council Member Mike Sullivan was absent. Also present were City Attorney Roger Lubovich; <br /> Legislative Assistant Lori Smith; and Information Services Manager Kevin Matthew. <br /> A Coutvci�BRiEFirv� was held to discuss General Council Business at 5:00 PM in the Council <br /> Conference Room. At 5:30 PM the meeting moved to the Meeting Chambers. <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Council Member Leslie Dauas followed by the invocation <br /> provided by Reverend Ron Anderson of Manette Community Church. Reverend Anderson added <br /> that he and 20 members of his congregation participated in the "Rock `n' Roll Marathon" in Seattle <br /> over the past weekend, and was pleased to report that everyone finished the race. He also thanked <br /> the City's Parks Department for the wonderful job they do maintaining Lions Park, where he walked a <br /> total of 900 miles this past year training for the marathon. <br /> MAYOR'S REPORT— There was no Mayor's Report tonight... <br /> POLICE OATH OF OFFICE CEREMONY <br /> Police Chief Steven Strachan introduced Police Officer Mike Davis and his family; and was then <br /> pleased to bring forward Judae James Docter to administer the Oath of Office Ceremony to promote <br /> Officer Mike Davis to Sergeant. <br /> POLICE DEPARTMENT MONTHLY BRIEFING <br /> Police Chief Steven Strachan provided a monthly update on police operations. Quesfions were <br /> asked by Runyon, with responses provided by Chiet Strachan... <br /> PUBLIC RECOGNITION — There were no questions or comments from the public...
