Council <br /> Members present were Richard Huddy, Kevin Gorman, and Sullivan. Council President Eric <br /> Younger, Council Vice President Leslie Daugs, and Council Member Lori Wheat were absent due to <br /> their attendance at the Annual Association of Washington Cities (AWC) Conference in Spokane, <br /> WA.
