DIGITAL RECORDING COUNCIL <br /> 0,01119 <br /> CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br /> Wednesday, April 10, 2019 <br /> A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council <br /> Conference Room of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6th Street, Bremerton, <br /> Washington, Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Eric Younger <br /> presiding. Council Members present were Michael Goodnow, Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. <br /> Council Members Lori Wheat, Kevin Gorman, and Richard Huddy were absent. Legislative Office <br /> Manager Lori Smith was present to provide staff support. <br /> President Younger emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public, but there would <br /> be no opportunities for input or participation; and announced that approved items by Council will <br /> be placed on the April 17, 2019 Council Meeting Agenda or as indicated. <br /> A. BRIEFINGS ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> 1. Professional Services Agreement with BHC Consultants, LLC for the 2019 Water <br /> System Plan Update Consent Agenda <br /> 2. Approve the Position of a Part-Time (Rule 9) Legal Intern for the City Attorney <br /> Prosecution Division; and authorize related Budget Amendment Consent Agenda <br /> 3. Goods & Services Agreement for a Parking Enforcement Technology Contract with iNet, <br /> Inc. (dba iParq) to include Parking Management Software, Android Handheld Devices, <br /> and a LPR Vehicle Mounted Camera; and authorize related Budget Amendment <br /> Consent Agenda <br /> 4. Contract Award to Hokkaido Drilling, Inc. for Rehabilitation of Well 2R and Well 7 at the <br /> Anderson Creek Well Field Consent Agenda <br /> Public Works Director Chal Martin and City Engineer Tom Knuckey provided an update on the <br /> Emergency Gorst Sewer Main Repair Project General Business <br /> President Younger announced an Executive Session at 5:55 PM... <br /> B.
