Council Members present were Eric Younger, Roy Runyon, Dino Davis, Jerry <br /> McDonald, Leslie Daugs, and Mike Sullivan. Lori Smith, Legislative Assistant, was present to <br /> provide staff support. <br /> President Wheeler emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would <br /> be no opportunities for input or participation; and announced that approved items by Council will <br /> be placed on the May 6, 2015 Council Meeting Agenda; or as indicated. <br /> A. Confirm Appointment of Angela Perryman to the Arts Commission Consent Agenda <br /> 2. Confirm Appointment of Jacquelyn Speare to the Arts Commission Consent Agenda <br /> 3. Reclassification of"Lead Evidence/Property Control Specialist" to "Crime Scene/Lead <br /> Evidence Technician", with Wage Grade Adjustment from Grade 8 to Grade 12; and <br /> Budget Adjustment Consent Agenda <br /> 4. GENERAL COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> 8. Audit Committee Briefing (4/16/15 Meeting)— Leslie Daugs, Chair <br /> 9. Other General Council Business was discussed, including the following items: <br /> • Department of Community Development Director Andrea Spencer presented a <br /> letter requesting support by the City Council and Mayor to send to the Kitsap County <br /> Board of Commissioners on behalf of the City of Bremerton regarding "County/City <br /> Growth Management Planning'. <br /> • President Wheeler mentioned the Council Members were copied on an e-mail from <br /> Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council (KRCC) Executive Board Chair Rob Gelder <br /> regarding a proposed change to the KRCC voting structure that will be discussed at <br /> the next KRCC Executive Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2015. Several Council <br /> Members expressed their intention to attend this meeting. <br />
