DIGITAL RECORDING c om <br /> AWYM <br /> CITY COUNCIL BUDGET WORKSHOP MINUTES IWV Q 7 2 0121 <br /> Monday, October 29, 2012 <br /> The Budget Workshop of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the <br /> Council Conference Room Room 603 of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER located at 345 6th <br /> Street, Bremerton, Washington, Monday, October 29, 2011, at 4 00 PM, with Council President Jim <br /> McDonald presiding Council members present were Nick Wofford, Eric Younger, Carol Arends, <br /> Faye Flemister, Greg Wheeler, Roy Runyon, Adam Brockus, and Leslie Daugs Legislative <br /> Assistant Lori Smith was present to provide staff support to the Council <br /> President McDonald announced that the 2013 Budget Workshop was for the Council to hear <br /> presentations and ask questions on the proposed budget It was further announced that this <br /> Budget Workshop was open to the public, but there would be no opportunities for input or <br /> participation, that no action will be taken, and the content of these items is subject to change <br /> Chal Martin Public Works & Utilities Director, presented budget proposals for each division <br /> 1) General Facilities, <br /> 2) Engineering, <br /> 3) Arterial Street, <br /> 4) Street, <br /> 5) Evergreen Park Remediation, <br /> 6) Lower Wheaton Way, <br /> 7) Gorst Creek Watershed and Subarea Comp Plan, <br /> 8) Utility Funds, and <br /> 9) ER & R Maintenance & Reserve Funds <br /> Council recessed from 5 25 to 6 05 PM <br /> Becky Hasart Financial Services Director, continued to review the 2013 Budget with the Council, <br /> as they asked questions from all previous General Fund and Department Budgets presentations <br /> With no further business, President McDonald adjourned the Budget Workshop at approximately <br /> 7 05 PM <br /> Pre red and Submitt <br /> L RI SMITH <br /> Legislative Assistant <br /> st <br /> SHANNON CORIN, City Clerk <br /> 4- 9 4e� <br /> JlkrMCDONALD, City Council President <br /> JMSCIscg <br />
