DIGITAL RECORDING <br /> CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES JUL ® 4 2011 <br /> June 29, 2011 <br /> A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the City <br /> Council Conference Room 603 of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER 345 6 Street, <br /> Bremerton, Washington, Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at 5 00 PM, with Council President Will <br /> Maupin presiding Council Members present were Nick Wofford, Carol Arends, Dianne Robinson, <br /> Greg Wheeler, Roy Runyon, Adam Brockus, Cecil McConnell, and Jim McDonald Legislative <br /> Assistant Lori Smith was present to provide staff support <br /> President Maupin emphasized that the Special Meeting was open to the public, however there <br /> would be no opportunities for input or participation and that no action will be taken <br /> A STREET FUNDING OPTIONS <br /> Discussion was continued from the March 30, 2011 Study Session Because no other <br /> funding sources have been identified, it was agreed to schedule a Special Meeting of the <br /> Transportation Benefit District (TBD) Board immediately following the regular Council <br /> Meeting on July 6, 2011 to consider authorizing a $20 annual vehicle fee <br /> B GENERAL COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> a Council Committee Chair reports were provided, and <br /> b General Council Business was discussed <br /> President Maupin adjourned the Special Meeting at 5 45 PM <br /> Following a 15- minute recess, Council then reconvened for a 1 -hour Exempt Closed Session to <br /> discuss "Labor Negotiations and Proceedings" per RCW 42 30 140(4)(b) <br /> Prepared and Submitted by <br /> b�� 4� �, <br /> LORI SMITH <br /> Legislative Assistant <br /> Attest <br /> CAROL� TGEN, Ci Clerk <br /> WILL MAUPIN, City oun resident <br /> WMCEIscg <br />
