Council <br /> Members present were Richard Huddy, Michael Goodnow, Lori Wheat, Kevin Gorman, and Pat <br /> Sullivan. Council President Eric Younger was absent. Lori Smith, Legislative Office Manager, was <br /> present to provide staff support. <br /> Vice-President Daugs emphasized that the Study Session is open to the public, and except for <br /> Items B1 and D, there will be no opportunities for input or participation; no action is anticipated; and <br /> the content of these items is subject to change. INFORMATION BRIEFING <br /> Introduction & Briefing by Jeff Alevy, Executive Director for Kitsap Community Resources <br /> B. BRIEFINGS ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> 1. CONTRACT WITH SOUND EXCAVATION, INC. FOR THE DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES <br /> AT 1317 N. LAFAYETTE AVENUE; AND RELATED BUDGET AMENDMENT: Code <br /> Enforcement Officer Janet Lunceford explained that the City obtained a court order to clean <br /> up the property located at 1317 N. Lafayette Avenue. The City solicited bids to demolish the <br /> structures at this site. The requested action is to approve the contract with Sound Excavation, <br /> Inc. which was the lowest responsive bidder. <br /> There were no questions or comments from the public... <br /> 05:18:00 Motion was made by Huddy; and seconded by Goodnow... Resolution No. 3318 authorizing Intent to Impose a Sales & Use Tax for Affordable and <br /> Supportive Housing in accordance with Substitute House Bill 1406 General Business <br /> 3. Ordinance providing for the Issuance and Sale of Limited Tax General Obligation Refunding <br /> Bonds; and delegating authority to approve Final Terms of the Bonds Consent Agenda <br /> 4.
