<br />AGENDA BILL <br />CITY OF BREMERTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement Between the City of Bremerton <br />and the International Association of <br />Firefighters Local 437 <br />Study Session Date: June 26, 2019 <br />COUNCIL MEETING Date: July 3, 2019 <br />Department: Legal – HR <br />Presenter: Charlotte Nelson <br />Phone: (360) 473-5926 <br /> <br />SUMMARY: Pursuant to RCW 41.56, negotiations have concluded between representatives of the <br />City and the International Association of Firefighters Local 437 (IAFF) resulting in the attached <br />Collective Bargaining Agreement for 2019 through 2021. The agreement includes a 3% wage <br />adjustment for 2019, a 2.75% for 2020, and a 2.75% for 2021. The Collective Bargaining Agreement <br />has been ratified by the IAFF membership.
