It requires an agency <br />to establish a statement of costs after notice and a public hearing. Additionally, the bill defines the <br />maximum costs an agency may charge for providing public records. The bill is effective July 23, <br />2017. To be able to charge the maximum costs after this date, the City Council must hold a public <br />hearing and adopt the new costs. <br />President Younger opened the public hearing... <br />Comments and questions were provided by Roy Runyon; with responses provided by Mr. Riley... <br />With no further comments received, President Younger closed the Hearing to the public; and <br />opened for discussion with the Council... <br />05:58:45 Motion was made by Daugs and seconded by McDonald...
