It requires an agency <br />to establish a statement of costs after notice and a public hearing. Additionally, the bill defines the <br />maximum costs an agency may charge for providing public records. The bill is effective July 23, <br />2017. Comments and questions were <br />provided by Daugs; with responses provided by Mr. Riley... <br />06:02:32 M/S/C/U (Daugs/McDonald) Move to adopt Resolution No. 3292 to amend the Department <br />of Financial Services — Rate Table A relating to Fees for Public Records. <br />66 — PUBLIC HEARING ON ORDINANCE NO. 5330 TO AMEND SECTION 20.46.010 OF THE <br />BREMERTON MUNICIPAL CODE (BMC) REGARDING "ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS": <br />Allison Satter, Senior Planner, explained that the action before Council is to conduct a Public <br />Hearing and adopt an Ordinance to amend Title 20 of the Bremerton Municipal Code as follows: <br />Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Revise the regulations to remove the owner -occupancy <br />requirement, add additional design standards, and revise the allowed unit size. This Zoning Code <br />
