This lease will <br /> expire on January 9, 2017 and representatives for Claremont have requested extending the lease <br /> for another 10-year term. On October 25, 2016, the Parks & Recreation Commission made a <br /> recommendation to City Council to approve extension of the lease. The Public Works <br /> Department has agreed to issue a permit to allow use of 1,000 square feet of the Juniper Street <br /> right-of-way.
