Within the <br /> Policy Plan are City Council's previously determined funding priorities. Those priorities are as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. City-Wide Economic Development for Job Training Programs: 50 000 <br /> 2. Target Area Weatherization and Minor Home Repair for Homeownership <br /> Housing: 32 000 <br /> 3.
