In 2014, a 0.75 FTE Office Assistant I was <br /> included in the Department's budget. The reinstatement of 0.75 FTE of the previous 2.0 FTE <br /> clerical staff has helped with receptionist duties for a portion of the office business hours, but <br /> recreation staff are still performing man reception and clerical duties. Additionally, the limitations of <br /> the OAI job description do not allow assumption of clerical duties still being performed by <br /> managers.
